先后整合和全資收購了瀘西大為焦化、玉溪橋龍水泥、華寧礦山，進一步完善了鋼鐵全產業(yè)鏈縱深布局。集團目前擁有21家子公司，集礦業(yè)、焦化、球團、燒結、煉鋼、軋鋼、制氧、水泥、發(fā)電、物流為一體，總資產超過115億元，員工人數達11000余人，職工12000余人。
